The Devil, known as Satan or Lucifer by many, is the Fallen Archangel who refused to bow to humanity and rebelled against God along with one-third of Heaven. In the episode, The Rain Man; he took the form of Don Decker's, a grandfather who abused his grandson in life, and now Lucifer is using his form and posed as him. He used his evil abilities by turning Don's grandson into a Hydrokinetic man. He was able to summon rain from an unknown source.
