The Usher Ghost is a terrifying ghost that lives in the Capitol Theater in Salt Lake City, Utah. His appearance is of sunken dark eye sockets with skin that is cracked, or charred. His face is disfigured and will come towards the audience screaming.

He was Richard Duffin, an usher at the Capitol Theater. He died when a fire started in the theater. He ran back in but could not get out as the theater collapsed on to him. Now he is a shadow of his former self: playing music, opening doors and leaving the smell of smoke. This spirit may have died in pain, agony and angry for the lack of help.
